Robert Gary Josephberg

Dr. Robert G. Josephberg is an ophthalmologist and retina specialist practicing in Yonkers, New York, with a clinical focus on medical and surgical diseases of the retina and vitreous, uveitis, and laser retinal surgery. He has served as an attending physician at Westchester Medical Center for more than 30 years and held the role of Chief of Retina Service there for over 20 years, overseeing medical retina and surgical services and teaching ophthalmology residents. He holds hospital affiliations at St. John's Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital in Yonkers as well.

Dr. Josephberg is an Associate Clinical Professor at New York Medical College and has also been part of the teaching staff at New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark. He is board certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is licensed in both New York and New Jersey. His clinical work encompasses retinal disease, uveitis, laser and refractive surgery, and lens replacement procedures.
