Hooman Shabatian

Dr. Hooman Shabatian is a board-certified surgeon based in the Los Angeles area who specializes in minimally invasive and robotic surgery for weight loss. His clinical focus encompasses laparoscopic and robotic sleeve gastrectomy, gastric bypass, endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty, and intragastric balloon procedures, along with nonsurgical weight-loss options. He has described his interest in bariatric surgery as taking root during his first weight-loss procedure at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago in 2002.
