Dr. Elizabeth Pieroth is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist based in Chicago, Illinois, where she serves as Director of the Concussion Program at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush. She holds an appointment as Assistant Professor at Rush Medical College and maintains an affiliation with NorthShore University HealthSystem. Her clinical focus centers on concussion care and neuropsychological assessment, and she has been involved in evaluating and managing athletes at the professional level since 1997. She serves as the head injury and concussion specialist for several major Chicago-area professional sports organizations, including the Bears, Blackhawks, White Sox, and Fire, as well as teams in the National Women's Soccer League. She previously provided neuropsychological services to National Hockey League players.

Her published work appears in journals including the British Journal of Sports Medicine, Neurosurgery, Current Sports Medicine Reports, and Arthroscopy, and covers topics such as concussion diagnosis and management in professional football, return-to-sport protocols in collision sports, and workplace return following concussion.
