Thomas Swales, Ph.D., is a clinical neuropsychologist based in Beachwood, Ohio, whose practice centers on independent psychological, neuropsychological, and forensic evaluations. He serves as the forensic neuropsychologist for the Court Psychiatric Clinic of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas and has been retained as an expert witness by the Ohio Attorney General, the Ohio Public Defender, and the Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund. He is board certified in clinical neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology and is licensed in Ohio and Florida.
Dr. Swales holds academic and clinical appointments at Case Western Reserve University, where he has served as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Senior Researcher in the Center for Health Care Research and Policy.
