Dr. Ronald S. Federici is a developmental neuropsychologist based in Clifton, Virginia, whose practice centers on children and families affected by adoption trauma, atypical autism, developmental disabilities, and severe psychiatric conditions that have not responded to prior treatment. His work spans more than three decades and addresses complex cases involving children from adoptive backgrounds with significant behavioral, developmental, and psychiatric challenges.

Through his practice, Care For Children, Inc., Dr. Federici provides developmental neuropsychological consultations, second opinions, assessments, and coaching services directed at families navigating difficult clinical situations.
