Robert Ertner

Robert Ertner, M.D., is a board-certified anesthesiologist based in Chico, California, with a clinical focus on cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures supported by fellowship training in those subspecialties. In his full-time private practice, he administers spinal, epidural, regional, and general anesthesia for patients undergoing a broad range of procedures, including general, orthopedic, bariatric, urologic, vascular, and neurologic surgery. He earned initial board certification in anesthesiology in 2005 and was recertified in 2015, and he holds diplomat status as an intra-operative echocardiographer, awarded in 2007. Earlier in his career, he served as an academic physician teaching residents in both M.D. and CRNA training programs.
