Paula Maria Lee-Valkov
About
Paula Lee-Valkov, M.D., is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist based in The Dalles, Oregon, where she has practiced since 2006. Her clinical work is grounded in diagnostic radiology, and she holds medical licenses in Oregon, Washington, California, and Louisiana.
Her published work spans two areas: radiology case studies and hand therapy research. Case reports appearing in the Journal of the Louisiana State Medical Society address the imaging diagnosis of osteomyelitis in a patient with a chronic foot ulcer and the radiologic presentation of Lhermitte-Duclos disease, a rare cerebellar condition. A separate publication in the Journal of Hand Therapy examined normative hand dexterity values in children aged three to five and their relationship to grip and pinch strength.
Dr. Lee-Valkov has served on the Oregon Medical Board, as reflected in state government records. Her involvement with that body, which oversees physician licensure and conduct in Oregon, situates her within the regulatory dimensions of medical practice in addition to her clinical radiology work.
