James W. Melisi

Dr. James W. Melisi is a board-certified neurological surgeon practicing with Neurosurgical Associates in the Richmond, Virginia area. His clinical work covers a broad range of neurosurgical conditions, including surgical management of primary and metastatic brain and spine tumors, spinal procedures for trauma, disc disease, stenosis, and degenerative instability, endoscopic pituitary surgery, intracranial surgery for vascular lesions such as aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations, and peripheral nerve repair for carpal tunnel and ulnar nerve entrapments.
