James Steven Angelos

James S. Angelos, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Santa Barbara, California, with more than four decades of clinical experience. The majority of his career has focused on evaluating and treating individuals who have sustained traumatic or catastrophic injuries, as well as those living with neurological disease, chronic illness, or chronic pain. His clinical work encompasses both psychodiagnostic evaluation and psychotherapeutic treatment across adult and pediatric populations.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Angelos has served as an expert psychological witness in civil and criminal matters involving both adults and children.
