Ivo W Tremont

Dr. Ivo W. Tremont is a neuro-oncologist based in Orlando, Florida, practicing with AdventHealth Medical Group Neuro-Oncology at Orlando. He earned his medical degree from Universidad de Los Andes in Mérida, Venezuela, and completed a neuro-oncology fellowship at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He subsequently served as assistant director of the Kenneth R. Peak Brain and Pituitary Tumor Center at Houston Methodist. His academic affiliations have included the Medical University of South Carolina, Louisiana State University, and MD Anderson Cancer Center, and he has worked extensively as a clinician educator.

He holds board certification in neurology through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and in neuro-oncology through the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties, and carries the fellowship designations FEBN and FAAN. He serves as a peer reviewer for medical publications.
