Issam Afif Halaby

Dr. Issam A. Halaby is a board-certified general and vascular surgeon practicing in Venice, Florida, where he operates Venice Surgery. Trained at major university centers in the United States, he holds both an M.D. and a Ph.D. and carries the FACS designation. His clinical focus includes complex arterial reconstructions, abdominal surgery, and complex hernia repair, with an emphasis on minimally invasive and robotic techniques.
