David C Collette

David Collette is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon practicing at The Oral Surgery Center of Albuquerque in New Mexico. Holding both a DMD and an MD, he earned his dental degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in 2008 and his medical degree in 2011, completing his surgical training in Cleveland with clinical rotations at University Hospitals, Cleveland Clinic, and the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center.

His practice encompasses the full breadth of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including wisdom tooth extractions, dental implant placement, bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, oral pathology and biopsy, TMJ disorder treatment, obstructive sleep apnea management, and emergency care for oral and facial injuries. He is also trained in dental anesthesia and sedation. He is licensed in New Mexico.
